Crystal Seas Adventures Ripped me off! Would not refund my money on a tour I DID NOT GO ON because it was "cancelled" Grand Turk Caicos Islands

I purchased two tickets for Gibs Cay Stingray and Snorkel Adventure in Grand Turk, from Crystal Seas Adventures. The total amount I paid was $137.98. When we arrived at port that day on January 10, on the Carnival Breeze, we were told by a worker (behind the booth that said stingray and snorkel tour) that the tour we booked had been cancelled because of the rough water conditons.
We were also told that no water tours would be happening that day and that we would be refunded our money. When I got back from the cruise I noticed I had not received a refund and no email either. I contacted Viator/Trip Advisor and was told to contact the operator directly.
So I then contacted Crystal Seas Adventures and the guy was rude, yelled at me and said no one told me that it was cancelled and that I could not get my money back. I tried explaining to him that the worker did tell us that but he was just rude.
I will never book through Viator, Trip Advisor or this Crystal Seas Adventures ever again. He just ripped me off that money! Neither company would do anything to get my money back.
