We were not allowed inside to tour the facility prior to leaving our dogs. They said if we didn't like it we could leave so we left. We rarely go out of town but my husband had booked a get away for our 42nd anniversary. This left us on a huge bind. Who would leave their fur babies with someone who would not allow you inside to see the facility? Huge red flag.
