Company did not document equipment purchased OR invoice payment, AND did not provide necessary documents for the customer to obtain the rebate that was available through the utility company.
Calls to company were answered by a rude individual in the company and the customer was told that the information was available online. This is impossible to do from the description on said invoice, 3 ton heat pump 5 stage.
Thought I would put this out there and see if anyone else had a problem with this company.
