Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Our engagement with glocpas.com produced the following experience. GLO fees are excessive and beyond what is reasonable in the accounting industry. The value received from GLO is less than the price paid. We were charged for hours we did not authorize. Billing was not accurate, invoices, and account statements lack details needed to link billing to work engagement. GLO failed to retain and provide a complete set of work papers and tax documentation upon termination of working relationship. The company uses threatening and manipulative communication tactics. They did not return company records provided to them. They could not provide documentation to justify the work performed. We cannot recommend this firm. GLO claims the following non-negotiable core values. In our experience, they lack integrity and misrepresent themselves.

GLO Core Values Claims: Our clients represent financial security and friendship.  Relationships we build lead to opportunities to help other people.  We will strive to communicate frequently, honestly, and thoroughly with our clients.  We see our clients as people and not just accounts.  We love and care about our clients and they know it.  They know that we will do everything we can for them.  Our clients deserve the best that we have to offer.

We deliver technically sound value and can defend and stand behind what we deliver.  For the value that we deliver, our clients pay a fair fee.  We are responsive and engage with our clients on a very close and personal level.  Our clients deserve great value and we deliver it.  We Succeed Together: Relationships at GLO matter.  We are all supportive of one another's dreams and goals in life.  We have a smile on our faces.  We are positive.  We give each other our very best and help each other achieve their very best.  We give honest feedback and accept feedback with the positive intention in which it is given.

It's great to shake hands or hug (if the other person is okay with it) and to let each other know that we care about them.  Face-to-face conversations are always best.  We will do what it takes to get the job done with our team no matter what it takes.  The Truth and Only the Truth:  We fearlessly communicate information openly and honestly and compassionately to associates, team members, and clients to improve relationships and business outcomes.  We don't exaggerate, use white lies, or color the truth. There is never an intent to deceive or shift the blame.

We accept responsibility when it is ours and tell the truth both good or bad.  We are transparent in our communications and relationships.  We live the unvarnished meaning to what the truth is all about. Work Hard or Don't Work: It's all about giving 100%.  We know that our business can be seasonal. We also know that we are expected to produce a certain number of billable hours.  Knowing this we give 100% of ourselves to our work, team, clients, personal relationships, family, and faith.  We get the job done.  Pursue Excellence: Hard work, innovation, determination, and our biblical and spiritual principles drive our professional success.

We work smart. We know what needs to be done for the client, and we get it done.  We leave every engagement with the client wanting to rave about what we've done for them.  While we do have billable hours, we want our clients to feel that the value they have received has exceeded any billable amount. It never comes down to simply watching the clock, punching in and punching out. We produce more than is expected by our clients and by our peers.

Do What's Right: At the end of the day it always comes down to doing the right thing with regard to our employees, our clients, our family, and the firm. The right thing to do is always the right thing to do, regardless of cost or consequence. We will do what God is calling us to do.
