Grubhub does not care about it's customers.
The customers have no voice; they are ignored.
I did not receive a pizza from Reggio's Pizza.
I contacted support and they said no refunds.
Why are the customers treated like criminals?
Any suggestions?

Companies like GrubHub rake in profits from restaurants and delivery drivers even though they aren’t doing any of the work. Having driven for GrubHub, I know that they track your every move by GPS and require you to submit a photo of the delivered food on the customer’s doorstep. So on the one hand, I’m skeptical because, if they denied your request, they probably had a photo or other proof. But on the other hand, the delivery companies do mistreat everybody, so I guess it’s not impossible.
