Habitual Fitness LLC and/or Milky Fitness LLC owned by Miranda and Paul Harris. They currently reside in Montgomery, NY but they may have created the business while they lived in California. I paid for a monthly product called a Challenge from June 2020 to May 2021 and was allowed access to the products and associated Facebook groups until I had a falling out with the owner this morning (6/26).

I was also employed by this company as a Moderator via an exchange of services from June 2021 to present. In exchange for me to help manage the Facebook groups associated with the program I was provided with a free challenge spot (meal plan, workouts, meal planning tips and tricks, substitutions, creative meals, etc).

In February, I began receiving $200 a month in addition to the free challenge spot. The owner has blocked me from the main group (Milky Fitness) as well as the paid challenge groups. The owner has offered to email me the workouts, but I will still not have access to the other benefits of the group. I would either like a refund for the paid months or be granted access to the groups. 

Another issue is that I paid $50 for a raffle in January 2022 and won 2-2lb jugs of protein and 1 flavored collagen from Biohealth Nutrition. I have yet to receive the items I won. I contacted Milky Fitness LLC on March 3rd and again on April 30th and was told someone was looking into it.

I asked the owner again today and she told me to contact Biohelath customer service. Milky Fitness LLC/Habitual Fitness LLC was supposed to pay for the products, but has not so contacting Biohealth isn’t going to help me. I would like to receive the products I won.

Unfortunately, I am not the first person to be treated this way by Miranda Harris. There have been numerous Challengers and Moderators that have had a falling out with her and she has treated them the same. They no longer have access to products they paid for, I feel this is unethical.
