Dear Sir or Madam: Tracy and Peter Drivas have a lot of financial and personal baggage that it may behoove you to investigate. Although Yelp comments can be untrue, she and her, we believe, ex-husband have been, as the documents that I will refer the BBB to will prove, overwhelmed with bad ones. Also, you should try to locate the connection that they have to the Orange County Court system because we found paperwork that ties them to lawsuits and embezzlement.
She is handling the VEO Condominium Complex (612 East Carson Street, Carson CA 90745) HOA funds, so you should investigate them. Embezzlement is not uncommon concerning homeowner associations across the country. These people have covered their criminal tracks online to some degree. However, since Peter and Tracy have bankrupt many companies, there is still some evidence of their illegal behavior online.
At Yelp, when the company was named RightWayL.A. Property Management, every comment concerning it is negative; this particular business is bankrupt. Please Google RightWayL.A., at the Yelp website, and all the comments will appear. I could not fit them in this feature. Some of their court records are online, but complete information about their crimes would have to be requested by the court, and some of the information could have been expunged.
