Jerome Jordan refused to return deposit monies totaling $12,200.00 to me. After numerous phone calls, and emails. I took him and his ex-wife, Jamee Jordan, Level Up Installers, to small claims court in Jacksonville, Florida. I won the total judgment against both of them. I will upload a copy of the judgment if I am able to. If not, feel free to look up the case number: 2022-SC-21147 - Division CC-N.
Another one of his ploys is to bully the owner into surrendering the title to your mobile home. He will have it on his loader and insist he has to have the title or he won't move it.
Jerome has several lawsuits against him. One of his workers was crushed and killed underneath a manufactured home that Jerome was moving.
