Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I purchased a 2019 Ford Ranger from Joe Cooper Ford in Yukon, Oklahoma. When I purchased the vehicle they stated that is was a "Certified" and a one owner. I asked for a CarFax and they gave me a carfax showing there was only one owner. After 3 months I had to replace the tires due to completly worn out and out of aligment (that it might be my fault). Joe Cooper Ford did the aligment and I had to purchase new tires. After 4 months went by, the tires was completely gone again. I walked into the Sales Department and asked for a CarFax from my truck. They gave me a CarFax that shows that I was the 3rd owner and there was problems before. Joe Cooper Ford fraudlently gave me a doctored up caxfax so that I would purchase the vehicle. Also Joe Cooper Ford rolled in money to the sales price without notify me. Joe Cooper got a bank to finance us, and joe cooper came to us and told us that the interest rate was the best they can do. Come to find out, Joe Cooper added 1% from the bank letter to Joe Cooper. The bank gave Joe Cooper the 1% defference and Joe Cooper made more money on the deal. Joe Cooper sold me an Extended Warranty and added $1,000 on top of the original price from the Warranty Company. Joe Cooper sold me GAP Insurance and added $350.00 on top of the original price of the GAP Insurance. WOW!!! What a rip-off. Come to find out, I hired an attorney and he stated that we needed to go to arbitration do to the language in the contract. BULLCRAP!!! Fraud in Oklahoma voids the contract. I will be seeking a civil suit so that a jury can see what they done. Joe Cooper attorneys, the Arbitrators are in it together. The Arbitrator tries to get you a lower deal, so that the dealership can give him money out the back door. What a corruption. By the way, the attorney you get might be involved in this ring of fraud too. He get paid on the total amount.......

You seriously think you know better than a lawyer? You don’t. Contracts have a concept called severability, which means that even if you can undo part of the contract due to fraud (and I’m not even sure you were really defrauded), the rest of the contract, including the arbitration clause, remains in effect. It is ludicrous to think that if even one thing goes wrong, you can just throw out the whole contract. Also not sure why you felt the need to mention "Joe Cooper” by name so many times - this seems more like a vendetta to me, and if anything you said is untrue, he might have a claim against you for defamation.

Lets take a look at these items YOU brought up, shall we??? The APR of the loan...IT WAS ON THE CONTRACT YOU SIGNED. The Extended Warranty...IT WAS ON THE CONTRACT YOU SIGNED. The Gap Insurance...IT WAS ON THE CONTRACT YOU SIGNED. You come here all upset and surprised these items were charged to you. Guess what, Einstein? These items were ALL ON THE CONTRACT which YOU agreed to. What you've come here to admit to the world is YOU DIDN'T EVEN READ THE CONTRACT before you agreed to the terms!!! How financially STUPID is THAT??? You could have seen these items and WALKED OUT, but no...you didn't even bother to READ what you were agreeing to. Absolutely incredible and quite hilarious, too. Slimeball car dealers love people like you! The tires? The tires on this thing when you bought it didn't just get worn out overnight. The worn out tires were ON THE VEHICLE when you bought it and YOU didn't even bother to check them! There's no fraud and deception here. They have a SIGNED CONTRACT which states YOU AGREED TO THESE PRICES AND ITEMS! Since you quite obviously don't have a thimble full of financial common sense, get yourself a keeper who will control your money since you don't have the slightest clue of what you are doing. Oh by the way, since you won't like this rebuttal and probably cannot come up with some sort of intelligent response, don't waste your time with an equally stupid remark like "you must work for them". I'll save you the trouble...I don't!!!
