Have you had any issue in filing a claim or fraud with your bank? This company is employing non banker or graduate of any related courses worldwide. As a result of this, consumers and client were victimize without their knowldege. If you file a claim overbthe phone, chances are youll be directed India or Philipines. During the claim process, youll be asked series of question. Sometimes you get temporary credit while investigating the claim. Truth is, they dont investigate thoroughly. Always a dead end. Why? Coz JPMC cant force any merchant or they always sided the merchant. If the merchant said its valid, therefore ita valid. So JPMC will take the temporary credit back and the client end up nothing. Also, theres a process in filing a claim that agents of JPMC can and will declare the caller (client) , Wrongful termination

This isnt retaliatory but they didnt handle my concern accordingly. Instead of having an external investigation, they used the same in house team to investigate in which the HR personels were in the same department. Unfair investigation process. The result may be same but it would be fine for as long as its not tainted and influenced.
