I test drove a 2020 Ford F-150 used. Decided to purchase and the finance guy added $6,000 on top of the price of the vehicle. I questioned, told him I didn't want Apex, nor did I want their GAP coverage. I just want the 48 month extended warranty.  He told me it was very similar to Ford's new car warranty.  Fine. I signed the very made up looking contract, I had already spent half a day there. As I was leaving I ask the salesman, where the paperwork was for the warranty. I said I have to be able to prove that I have it.  As he was hurriedly walking away from me he said "don't worry, it's in the system".  This seemed like a reputable dealer after all they are a Toyota dealership. So being tired I left and the next day tried to find the information on the warranty.  I looked back at my contract which did not have extended warranty listed. Instead I paid for Apex which is Toyota's stolen vehicle locator, for when someone steals a vehicle from their lot.  It is Worthless to a vehicle owner.

They outright Lied to me and switched the contract from the one with the Extended warranty to the one I got.  Additionally, the salesman said there were four brand new tires on the vehicle. That was a lie. And to make matters worse they had put two different sizes of tires on it. One size on the front another size on the back, drastically smaller than those on the front.

I know that I have no recourse because after all, I signed the contract. But this dealership needs to pay. There are hundreds of complaints on the internet about them and several on BBB, all with similar stories, most complaining that they had paid for Apex which they also did not want.

YOU didn't READ the paperwork BEFORE you signed it, did you? They claim to have put four new tires on this car and YOU didn't even bother to check them out BEFORE you agreed to buy this car! Exactly what is wrong with you??? You didn't even have the gumption or backbone to be certain you were getting what you wanted. Absolutely incredible.
