Kendall Plumbing & Rooter Kendall Plumbing & Rooter Kendall Plumbing & Rooter Replaced a plumbing line that leaked again 5 months later and did not stand by their work Mesa Arizona
Kendall Plumbing was hired to fix a leak this past summer. They reccommended that a pipe be replaced with a new copper pipe. They replaced the pipe in July. The leak started back up again in December, a little less than 5 months from the repair date.
When we called them to let them know what had happened, it resulted in an unpleasant conversation where they claimed ZERO responsibility for the work that they did and washed their hands of the situation.
Moreover, the leak caused the water heater to work constantly. This lead to the water heater springing a leak. Now not only does their previous work need to be looked at but I have to buy another water heater, which was only 6 years old.
This company lacks professionalism and the integrity necessary to provide quality service as it related to fixing this leak. To claim no responsibility for work they complete should is a huge red flag. I would advise against using this company for any plumbing service, let alone a leak repair.
