WORSE DEALERSHIP in all of SOUTH & CENTRAL FLORIDA & With My History of CAR BUYING They NOT ONLY SOLD the car I was Originally APPROVED for to another Couple They also SOLD me a car with allot of Problems the 1st night after driving off the lot which could have been addressed prior to being SOLD to a customer I can’t believe I actually purchased a vehicle from Land Rover Jaguar Lakeland with all these issue that could have been addressed while on the lot & ONLY tires replaced (F-PACE) We Completely Understand U Can’t make a Used Car NEW but with all these issues Vehicle was purchased on Friday & We had to schedule an appointment right away for the On Monday for the following week RIGHT BACK IN THE SHOP for Service the same night after driving off the lot UNBELIEVABLE U Think U Going To A Reputable Dealership But U Might as Well Go to Colonial Drive or HHGREG @ least u know it’s AS IS & they will give u a REASONABLE DEAL & not try to max the interest rates to gain profits & adjusting the final numbers with extra & hidden fees *Windshield Wipers needs replacing (so BAD scratch the windshield) *Missing Brake Calipers (brake pads exposed) *Brakes Squeaking Noise Worse when Approaching Light *Allot of body roll (suspension) *NEW TIRE installed but They didn’t put back Calipers covers & didn’t replace brakes) Only Tires ⬆️ (F-Pace MayRollover) *Halogen Headlamps (DULL & yellow when ON unable to drive @ night *Keyless Entry Not Working (Having to take key fob out pocket & lock & unlock door only using key fob) *Only 1Key No Spare Key-fob (wasn’t provided). *Jaguar Side Door Logo Light (needs replacing) * Spare Compartment Cover for Rear Trunk (Wasn’t Provided). Y is that Missing who would taken that out the vehicle All of the above needs to be addressed Thanks

Did you even bother to check out this dealership, read the documentation of sale BEFORE you agreed to the terms and if you bought a Land Rover, did you even for one split microsecond read all about the horrendous repair costs and lack of quality? There is NO SUCH THING as "hidden fees". That phrase is an excuse used by people who DO NOT READ what they are agreeing to BEFORE agreeing to the terms and conditions. Furthermore, A "BUYER'S GUIDE" is affixed to a used car for sale which very plainly tells you the purchase includes a warranty or it is sold "AS IS" and any and all repairs are on YOU. Secondly, the sale documents themselves ALSO tell you if there is a warranty or its an "AS IS" sale! You come here crying, whining and stomping your feet because YOU don't have the COMMON SENSE to READ what you are agreeing to BEFORE you agree to it! Smart...real, real smart! I'm impressed! You also didn't see the BOGUS, ADD-ON, PHONEY fee of almost $1500, did you? Just so you know, the BOGUS FEES at Greg are at least almost $2000! No matter what official sounding name some slime ball car dealer gives to their BOGUS, FAKE FEES, they are 100% con-game. Yet, you simply went along with it and come here to stomp your feet when anybody with COMMON SENSE would have walked out because of the BOGUS FEES! However, you probably don't even have the IQ to understand any of this. People who have at least attended school up to the third grade know the word is "YOU" and not "U". They also learn to write with punctuation marks and sentence structure instead of one long, continuous run-on sentence. Like I've said, am I ever, ever impressed. Since YOU have demonstrated your capabilities are very low, why not have somebody explain all this to you using very simple words and maybe even pictures. Absolutely amazing!
