Lone Star Comics Ripped Me off !

Line star comics (aka) mycomicshop recently stole the differential between an order they screwed up and the money I was supposed to get back.
This differential was on an order for Fear #19 and another order. I was sent Fear #18. The Total order itself was $74.69, which included UPS ground service. I wrote them and called for a return differential of $42.00; this money was never deposited back to my bank account.
They told me I had to send the book back to their address to be refunded, and wouldn`t allow for an exchange. Pissed me the F%$* off!
Come to find out later that they have a fake policy in place indicating that if I decide to keep the book _I apparently get nothing. wtf?
But still there is the matter of the differential between the wrong order and the actual order I put in for, which amounts to $31.74, where`s that? (the difference between what they sent me (Fear #18 = $4.80 and Fear #19 =$42.00).
Because I cannot post images and cut and paste the details of this report here, I have provided a link to the full article on my blog and how Lone Star really did rip me off, and with no aplogies or inbox messages. With images also as evidence.
