Complaint Review: Mercy housing Gardner house apartments 2870 south handford seattle washington - tumwater washington

hello my name is amy williams i moved in gardner house apartments in 2019,, in which i overpaid my rent and got funding from a outside agency..so my rent was paid up although my rent was paid up ,, i continued to pay rent to be  a head on rent payments,, i never got credit for that, then covid started ,, although i didnt need the help because i was a head in rent payments , they applied for money for my apartment because it was covid they got 11 thousand dollars first then they got 6 thousand dollars next,,  and this kept going on every other two months,, and also for my neighbors to,, they never gave us a reciept they just had us to sign our name on a line,,then they got another 7 thousand dollars, then a private funding gave 500 thousand dollars in rent money for coivd 19,, to the management office in gardner house apartments, then anoher sponor who gave 1800 for each family money order ,, but the manager only gave white families the money order and refused black families,, then money was given again for thans giving and christmas 1000 a piece,, then recentky i gave a money order which was 4000 dollars and another 2000 and the new manager said she would give me my receipt back ,, as i kept asking her in person ,, she said dont worry about ,, then i come down stairs and they said she quit after she had stolen all the rent money from tents,one manager was stealing everything from mail to packages ,, and just everything she could steal,, and if you complained jennifer munison , would retailate  racial profile you have other staff memebrs to follow you or lock you out, of the bluiding, and then she would have staff members to do according to what she wanted, they have a call box to call tenants  for everything but property manager jennifer munison and any one she hired refused to program it for tenant when it part of their job ,, instead the stalk retailate racial profile tenants freinds afmmily and guess causing many arguements and fights,, and when the police is called its always because the property manager is mad ,, when she is the one who starts it with tenants its always her or the staff that she has to constanty stalk harrass tenants even when they leave their apartment.. my door has been spit on and spit outside my door because i complain about all the money i gave and the funding they got from covid19 funding i just want to know where and what are they doing with all this money..a priavte entity gave 11 thousand dollars which i cannot name for my apartment what are they doing with all this money its is way over paid and enough for 3 yrs of rent payments,, that they have gotten for several tenants who moved out because of jennifer munison and staff management threats or racial profiling or stalking,, or harrasment because they complain about they money she got or funding and  where is all that money going,,in their personal accounts,, because thats exactky what previous property manager did put all that money in her personal accounts,, and threaten tenants and anyone she hired ,, and later fired because they wrote a complaint of her and staff stealing,, dont let jennifer munison delete this because she has deleted naacp complaints and hud complaints and removed several tenants section 8,, by her white privilege and her greed of money and stealing
