MESA plumbing heating cooling , Robert Acosta Over charged me by at least $ 800.00 Erie Colorado
I was having trouble with the upstairs shower leaking on to the ceiling of the office below. I called Mesa plumbing heating cooling in Erie Colorado. On 12/30/2022 they sent out Robert Acosta.
• Before he started the job, he had me sign the estimate that was for $ 1,142.75 I ask him what he was going to do and how long would it take. I was told he was going to have to replace the pipe that goes down in to the floor and it would take a couple of hours.
• That is not the work that was done. He removed and replaced the connection at the top of the drain pipe wear the drain pipe connects to the shower pan. The bill states that this took him .8 Hour.
• MEASAs paper work states that the job will be Re-evaluated after the job is done and the cost will be adjusted this did not happen. I was charged $1,142.75 for .8 hour of work.
• I called the MESA office and talked to the office manager and I ask for a itemized invoice she refused to give me one.
