Complaint Review: Mirco Tibaldod - Dunedin Florida

I hope that anyone reading this will add THEIR story and comment on these characters. I will provide many goverment numbers that you can contact, so these slum lords among other things can be dealt with.

I will share what they did to me and what they have to others as well. 

Thousands of termites were infesting the property. How can a family of 4 deal with that? The main owner is Mirco Tibaldo and his daughter Margherita Tibaldo are tag teaming tenants they have and doing nothing to help them when repairs are needed.

Micro Tibaldo always represents himself as the Manager and never the owner. He will do inspections and when broken fans, appliances and yes even termites are found eating away at the wood, Mirco Tibaldo will say this everytime, "I am very sorry but I am not the owner and the owner does not have any money right now to fix these things, I'm sorry". 

Then he gives you a phone number and tells you to call the number but guess what, that phone number never gets answered and you never get to talk to anyone.

Margherita Tibaldo is the daughter of Micro Tibaldo and she represents herself as the Leasing Manager. She always says that she will have to check with the ower and never calls anyone back and yes you got it, she gives out that same umber that no one can reach anyone at and never gets a return phone call. I want to point out that the owner is her DAD but she never tells you that.

They have over 20+ companies that they hide behind and always say that the owner of that company is out of town and the lies and stories are overwhelming.

In the pandemic they raised the rent on nearly every tenant. If any tenant complained, they said that they will need to leave at the end of the month. I am pretty sure, rents could not be raised in the pandemic, let alone threats to kick people out if they did not agree to the rent increase.

Last night, I found out that a guy spoke to the daughter and I called him to find out what they discussed. He said that he had heard about what happened to a tenant living in a mobile home that a family was renting and that he received a call from the lady of the house and she was in tears and upset and said that the lady did not identify herself except that she was increasing the rent another $80.00 per month. The lady said that they could not afford another $80.00 and that they had already increased the rent before. 

The lady who was later identified as Margherita Tibaldo, the daughter of the owner, had told the tenant that if she did not agree to the rent increase that she had to be out of the house by August 31st, 2021 and it was already August 20th, 2021. That is not only a violation of the tenants rights, but it is also illegal and borderline "Extortion".

The story was confirmed by Margherita Tibaldo to that guy Michael. She said that the tenants lease is up and they are increasing the rent. She can move out or pay the rent. Then she changed her story and said she could lower the increase or give the tenants more time to move but the rent would have to go up for the one month.

FACT SUCH LIARS                                                                                                                                       They act like they can never get a hold of the owner, when the whole time it is the owner talking himself or his daughter or another family realative. Go onto the web and google their names and better yet, look at them on face book and you will them on vacation after vacation and spending money. Yhey are too cheap to send in a exterminator even when they know CHILDREN are living in their rental properties and its infested with bugs. That is so sad. What is this world coming too?

I listed the number so everyone getting treated badly or brushed off and lied to, call call her directly instead of the fake numbers that they give out that only captures your number and they never return a phone call.

STRONG ADVICE: Always talk to these people via email and not on the phone because they are cowards and liars, that deny what they say and make up whatever fits them at the time. Get everything in writing and DO NOT trust them. If you have a problem with them or the rental you have, ALWAYS sent them an email so you are able to prove what you said to them about bugs, termites, floors caving in, ac units not working, leaks in the roof and so on. 

IMPORTANT FACT: Just because they put something in your lease, it does not mean it is legal. These people say that all tenants must remedy termites and bugs and if you look in the landlord tenant act, you will see that that, is not reality. They are from Italy also? Maybe things are done different in Italy?

Call the Health Department if you are a tenant and they have treated you badly as a tenant or failed to fix the property you live in currently. I will make a list of agencies you can call. Please call NOW- We all need to stick together and not let these people hurt anyone else. Report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Agencies you can call if you know anything illegal that these people have done. Also, there are numbers to other agencies if you need to let them know about anything, any of these people have done to you or someone else and this includes their actions as "SLUM LORDS"

I am asking people that are tenants at there properties to post picutes and share your story as to what the picture is showing. Thanks. It is illegal for them to retaliate against you as a tenant for saying anything.

Florida Statute 83.51: Landlord’s obligation to maintain premises

Call your City Inspector and have them come out to take a look at the violations. Make sure your house is clean when they arrive. Show them the termites, bugs or elctrical wires that present a hazard among other things.

Please Read: I heard a story that some tenants had mold problems and they added a mold clause to make it so they did not have to deal with any type of mold problems. Not sure if that is legal but very immoral if nothing else. I hope mold vitims come forward. At least tell us your story.

An investigator has been hired to do further research. He will also present a list of properties that are owned by Mirco Tibaldo. We will post them after checking with the attorney over seeing this project currently.
