Working with Henry Montgomery in Pittsburgh is a nightmare. I can't believe that Monte World Wide Staffing would allow an employee to act in a way that is simply rude and unprofessional. Mr. Montgomery does not communicate with customers in a timely fashion, he does not respond to questions, he ignores previous conversations (which are all in texts) and never ever listens.
It's not unusual to ask the same question 4 or 5 times and never get an answer. Mr. Montgomery does not take responsibility for anything even though it is in black and white. He blames the customer for everything when he is clearly at fault. I would never recommend this Pittsburgh office and I can only hope that other locations are run more professionally.
