Netreputation Scammed by Netreputation and Trustpilot Sarasota, Florida
This company is a complete scam and fraud, they try to extort money from you for not doing anything or performing the tasks outlined in the contract they make you sign. The salespeople are pushy and aggressive and will call all the time because they are hungry for new people to scam. We hired them to erase a search result with false and frivilous information and nothing was done about it, they charged us several thousand dollars then tried to ask for more for no reason. The results are still there and keeps multiplyig and ranking higher and was never buried. They also pay Trustpilot to write positive reviews which are all fake and pay to have anything honest said about them removed.
There is no transparency, they do not honor their contract and also try to extort you, they have bad business practices and lie through their teeth. They also do not refund you your money for failing to remove the results within a 90 day timeframe. Additionally, there is no adaquate customer service, just a lot of false promises and no concern for their clients. Many people lost thousands of dollars after hiring them to do PPC, brand strategy and reputation repair.
The billings department is a failure, along with everyone else involved with this thieving and conniving company.
Anyone with issues with them should file a complaint with the FTC, attorney's general, along with seeking legal counsel to recoup money lost.
