On March 1st, 2022, Niko Maris offered an investment opportunity on the sale of a condo in Palm Beach County. We agreed and signed on paper. We were in contact nearly daily (for over a year) in regards to depositing of funds into my account. One year of documented calls and whatsapp texts full of lies, excuses and more lies. Besides cash, he even had me Zelle funds into his wife/partner's account.
Months later, my friend, 77 years old, called me saying he had done the exact same thing to her and that she was putting up with daily phones calls and lies and that he will not give her her money back.
We eventually asked just to get our initial investment back, $ 18,750.00. Do not expect to see it as we are not the first to be defrauded by him.
Be aware of this guy. He is good at what he does.
