This is what I've posted to Paradise as well as the Better Business Bureau. DON'T bother with these people. They get their money and any problems are your problem, not theirs.
Paradise-
I'm finished with your lack of customer service. I've made over 10 calls to your company regarding a door that was installed by Paradise last Oct. It has a minor adjustment that needs to be made to the dead bolt. I was told when installed that it would be tight but would loosen up. It hasn't. I've called for about a month now with the promise of receiving a return call which never comes through.
I was told yesterday that I would receive a call - none. I was told today that I would receive a call to schedule an appt. - none. I spent $27,000 with Paradise to have doors, windows and walk in shower installed. I'm 72 years old and on SS so this is a lot of money for me. Your people have proved to me that after the installations they no longer give a d**n as to what happens.
I've not even bothered to report that my shower has a clear caulking that only runs down 1/2 of the wall. Your company is worthless and I intend to make that known to everyone I can. I'm also calling an attorney to see what they have to say about this situation.
