I bought car parts from Partsavatar online back in September 24, 2021. None of my parts arrived on time, I was told that my parts would be arriving in 2-3 days…( never happened) and when I inquired, I was told to wait a few more days... then a month went by and still not all of my parts had arrived? 

Partsavatar blamed it on Purolator for being late?  I am still waiting for a refund from Griffin who said that I should have it anytime, that was months ago? I had written to Griffin in regards to not receiving my last part which was a muffler hanger, exhaust hanger by AP EXHAUST - 8196 $9.07 he said that I would receive a refund because there is none in the warehouse.

I am still waiting to this day, I was in contact with several individuals through out this ordeal and still no parts! I have dealt with several different people at PartsAvatar and nothing has been resolved for my refund.

I contacted Partsavatar and was told that my refund will be sent since I was not at fault, then Marcus indicated that I will not get my refund for the New CV Axle Shaft  - 664220 $58.38 for my 2004 Honda Accord? Marcus claims I am at fault for ordering the wrong part?

One of the chit chat employee's of Partsavatar who I had been conversing with had told me that it was the right part for my car?  (wrong! it turned out to be for manual drive?) my car is automatic. I was also told by that same  person that the part fits on both Auto or Manual.  I tried explaining this  to Marcus but he would not listen.
