Peter Gunning PiP Shoddy Work - Flooded my apartment Santa Monica California
Contracted Mr. Gunning to repair plumbing in my laundry room at the cost of over $800. The day after he "completed" the work, the connection he replaced failed causing hundreds of gallons of water to flood my apartment and two units downstairs. Because he lied and said he was a licenses contractor when actually he was not, the insurance company refused to pay the claim and now my landlord is suing me for the damage at the amount of $18,000. After leaving many messages with Mr. Gunning, he finally returned my call and denied he had even replaced the connection, called me a "c**t" and hung up. After some investigation, I discovered he is in the country illegally and has scammed many other people in the area.
