3/13/2020 According to the PG&E Supervisor, my gas meter has been broken since November2019, even though my utility bills reflected the expected increase of gas due to the cold months, approx. $80-$120. My last bill was more than double (With a Broken Gas Meter) $208.00, PG&E replaced the meter on the 10th of this month. After filing my complaint with the California Utilities Commission, the Better Business Bureau, and The RipOff Report, I was contacted by a PG&E representative last week whom informed me my bill was to be adjusted to reflect the actual gas usage as recorded by the meter which had developed a defective transceiver.
So instead of being expected to pay my usual monthly usage of $100+, with the looming overcharge of a $100+, I didn't pay. My Bill was a Surprisingly $8.00,,, I just about fell out of my chair... Thank-You To Whomever Fixed This!!!
