Physcians Mutual Life Insurance Purchased life insurance policies with this company over five years ago. Fiancee died 12/10/22, reported death, submitted all documents requested. After numerous attempts to get status of claim company consistanly delayed, denied, lied about claim. It's been over a month since his death and still no update. I ended up hiring an attorney. If I can spare just one family from the emotional, financial, heartbreaking experience from this horrible experience, it's worth it. Reconsider getting life insurance with this company. It's been one month? Really? Dad passed away 6 months ago and some banks and insurance companies took 3 to 4 months to process the paperwork. It took the state 3 weeks to issue a COD.
