Quality Email Data Michael Pinder Quality Exact Data Quality Solo Ads & Email Lists Mike Pinder Failed to provide the data they promised Austin Texas
I purchased a specific email list from Quality Email Data aka Michael or Mike Pinder. He promised me a list of current email addresses from a specific industry including name, city, province, and postal code. The list was to contain 80,000 entries. What I received was a list of 80,000 random email addresses. About 3,000 seemed to have the criteria promised and have something to do with the industry I requested. Although of the random ones I looked at, many appeared to be old. I am in this industry and found many names I am familiar with over 15 years in the industry and many of them on this list have retired or moved to different companies long ago. I was told, this list was generated on demand using AI, so it would be up-to-date. Also, as mentioned, I am in this industry, and my own email address and details were not part of this list they provided. The remaining entries (about 77,000) were just random. Thousands had University institution emails which would never be the case for the industry I ordered. The list was just useless. I reached out to Quality Email Marketing aka Mike Pinder or Michael Pinder and asked for a refund. He strung me along pretending to be trying to help: said he would check with his developer -- developer came back saying they tried again and got the same results. Then they offered me a free list in some other category. Huh?? I don't need that, and why would I want another potentially garbage list. Back and forth we went, with Mike Pinder claiming to be checking with 'management' and then ultimately denied my request for refund stating that "the information you were send is the most updated information for your target". It clearly isn't, most of the emails are not even part of the target, let alone up-to-date. Just to get this taken care of, I even said I'd settle for less than full refund but they just kept my money. Beware, beware, beware is all I can say.
