Sam pal is very messy with the car business! My family wanted to buy a new car and Sam the manager walked in front of the young nice man trying to sell us a car with a huge attitude asking if we wanted to really purchase the vehicle my daughter was interested in getting for college. Sam started with this conversation how he used to work in folsom California as a manager for many years and constantly flirting with my 17 year old daughter who just had a birthday. His conversations started off speaking about the price of the car and later after I had a very important work call because I am a nurse and was on call - I had to step outside for 10 minutes to handle things with my job. After walking back in approaching my daughter I saw that she was in tears as if something was wrong. She told me that the manager was asking her very uncomfortable questions about dating boys and if she had a boyfriend and stating that she was a young attractive girl. This was very uncomfortable to hear coming from a sales manager who runs a dealership! We did make a report with Elk Grove police department about this behavior coming from a manager who is flirting with a minor. We had decided to buy a car next door at the Toyota dealership. Please be very aware of this man Sam pal who is a pervert scam artist in the car business. Jeff his partner who tried to scam us with the MSRP on the window of the car. We had searched the internet and saw that it was a lower price listed.

Jeff also boasted how he is a manager and had experience from Future Ford and just became a sales consultant and happy to help my daughter. It was a very uncomfortable experience dealing with his personality and his managers flirting behavior. These two man should not be in the car business or in charge! Karma

Dustin P. I had double checked my review on line because I had a friend who asked me about this dealership if he should look for good prices. I told him my experience and I decided to check my review on Yelp and saw this Rippoff Report on Sam Pal the manager who discussed the lies with the vehicle we had negotiated. Wow! I’m shocked this man is not fired by now because his actions are very disturbing to read about. My wife went to purchase vehicle. She physically left due to not negotiating an agreed price. The salesman and her make later contact over the phone negotiating a price. They were in constant contact over the phone regarding the vehicle and she returned. I met her there to confirm the purchase, coming from out of town over an hour away. When I arrived the salesman informs us they sold it to another customer. This entire ordeal occurred in a matter of 3 to 4 hours. After I got the entire story, I called the Manager to complain and he basically blew me off, admitting it was his choice to sell to new arriving customers. Horrible way to serve customers. Handshake deal with no loyalty to customer or should say their word is as good as the wind. 2 stars because service was good until we returned. I'll never shop here again and will defer friends and family from there. PM Sales Manager should be canned for disloyalty to customers. Full of crap.

Daniel A. Under no circumstance do I recommend this dealership when purchasing and/or ordering a new vehicle. I ordered a 2023 Palisade for my wife in November 2022, we placed a deposit on the vehicle and we were told that we should not expect the vehicle to arrive until June of 2023. When I ordered the vehicle I was told a "non-refundable" deposit was required, after speaking with another dealership I was informed that it is illegal in the state of California to require a non-refundable deposit on a specially ordered vehicle. The vehicle arrived early on 2/6/23, we were notified that day. Once we were notified that the vehicle came 4 months early we started the process of financing with our bank and not the dealership. The representative Joe told us immediately that our bank would deny our loan request, and that we should go through the dealership for financing instead. We informed them that we would prefer to use our bank and they started communication with them to get the auto loan. We reached out to our bank on the morning of 2/7 to provide proof of income documents for the loan application, we were told by our bank that they would review our application as soon as possible and let us know by the end of 2/7 or 2/8. The loan was not reviewed or processed by the end of 2/7 however, we received a call from Joe at the dealership letting us know that our bank denied our auto loan. We confirmed with our bank the next day, they informed us that there was NEVER a denial sent to the dealership and the auto loan was still being reviewed. Joe also informed us that if we did not have the financing sorted out as of 2/8 with our bank, three days after our vehicle arrived 4 months early, he would sell the vehicle to another customer. This vehicle had a deposit in place, was ordered by me, and was in the process of being financed on short notice. Joe lied to me stating the bank denied our request. Upon further investigation, the dealership had the vehicle we custom ordered for sale on their website for much more than what we agreed on when it was ordered. Upon picking up our vehicle, we were informed that the vehicle we custom ordered had a $2,000+ fee for low jack and a wax. When we placed the order with the dealership we specifically requested the low jack not be installed, we were told that the vehicle could not be sold without the low jack. We determined that the vehicle can be sold without the low jack and that they lied. They also ran my credit, causing my score to decrease for no reason. This place does not care if you order a vehicle or place a deposit on one, they will try to sell it right out from underneath you. Considering the short timeline we worked with and the lack of communication regarding the arrival of the vehicle you would think the issue may have been resolved. Instead, this dealership, specifically Joe, decided to lie to make more money. Joe called me late in the evening on multiple occasions, lied about loan processing, and listed our vehicle for sale while it had a valid (illegal) deposit on it. I always thought purchasing and ordering a brand-new vehicle would be an exciting process and this is the experience we got, truly despicable and disappointing. We will be moving forward with other avenues to reprimand this dealership, and Joe, for their disgusting actions. The manager Samlesh Pal should be fired for allowing this action to take place! He was walking out the door ignoring the issue and did nothing about it saying that he did not care about how we felt or what we ordered. I had walked in the sales booth and there was 6 guys just sitting there with music very loudly and joking around as if they laughed at us and wanted us to leave the dealership. These type of people are awful and did not care at all. I would never recommend buying anything from this dealership ever.
