Bought a total of 21 Seresto Flea & Tick Collars from SerestoSets.com. Put them on my animals. Fleas continued to exist. Called the product maker, Bayer.
All collars were confirmed counterfeit! Of course, Seresto Sets does not answer the phone, nor return emails. Had to file a Claim with PayPal.

I too am having an issue with this.. this same person is running ads for 40% off, claiming they are in PA but have the same phone number as the one you have where they claim to be in TX. Their paypal info is China.
I have had to open a dispute with paypal as well and there are many complaints online about counterfeit seresto that are causing dogs to have allergic reactions, seizures and even death plus many complaints of the product not working.
I'm glad you filed this report on rip off so other ppl are aware of this scam that is going around.
