On 11/11/2023 I purchased a hoodie from shopsaucegardner.com. I received the merchandise on 11/27/2023.  It was not the correct color.  11/27/2023 - 12/9/2023 I sent 3 messages asking for an exchange.  On 12/12/2023 they replied asking me to send a photo of the item.  On 12//12/2023, I sent the photo.  They agreed to the exchange and sent me a paid return mail label. They said they would ship the return after they received my return.  Per USPS tracking, they received my return on 12/18/2023.  Since that date I have sent many messages asking about my exchange with no response from them.

I suspect that there mode of operations is drop shipping because the original shipment and my return address was Digital Merch Pros, 26623 Lucas Canyon Lane, Katy, TX 77494.  The email address is [email protected]
