I am writing to file a complaint against Only Solar General Contractor LLC for taking advantage of my 71-year-old mother. I have evidence that the company forged her signature to sign contracts and attempted to forcefully install a new roof on her property without her consent.
My mother is elderly and vulnerable, and the actions of Only Solar General Contractor LLC are unacceptable. They should have known that she was not in the right state of mind to make such a big decision and that she needed someone to help her. Instead, they took advantage of her and forged her signature on contracts.
Furthermore, when my mother and I refused to proceed with the installation, the company attempted to forcefully install the roof without our consent. This is not only illegal but also dangerous, as it could have resulted in serious harm to my mother or damage to her property.
