Starlight Real Estate & Aviation LLC Peter Hermann Scammed me out of my security Punta Gorda Florida
I rented a apartment from Peter Hermann with Starlight Real Estate & Aviation. In which i attempted to move in 3 days later was approached with various hurrendous things, infestation of c**k roaches with droppings, severely coroded hot water heater valve leading to main with acid, defaulty water valve that floods apartment as soon as you turn it on to washing machine, over 20 year old AC with Air handler saturated with black mold going through the air vents and duct work, bad electrical in kitchen garbage disposal does not work.
Also this real estate company i investigated and it does not seem to be a licensed company with the sate. I requested my $1780 security deposit back from Peter he cursed me said get the F off the property leave the keys and i get nothing. This is a fraud scam company.
