Your written statement is completely untrue. My mother has died during this time and Paul D Slosser, Timothy Struse and Michael Norris Harrison, all Arizona Attorney, have failed to render me what was my parents' estate. (That occured five years ago, not fifteen. The charge fifteen years ago had to do with my father, Samuel Leight, passing away and Slosser/Struse not informing me as my parents' only song and heir of my rights.) In addition, my mother was declared, at Attorney Michael Norris Harrison's request, legally incompetent to handle her own finances and valuables and he, Attorney Harrison, who still holds very roughly 250,000 USD of what was my father's estate by his own estimation, exerted undue influence and had our incapacitated mother sign documents just before her death to sell what was my father's parents' property out from under me. So, Tom McCauley, either you have not understood the charges correctly, did not rightly read the documents, have not had enough documentation forwarded to you or are simply prejudicial. To whom should I complain of these attorney's negligence, lack of due diligence and felony behavior of possessing funds they have not earned and that do not belong to them? How should I make an appeal to your written decision above, State Bar of Arizona? McCauley, and I will very publicly, to international media and law magazines - and the Presidents of the United States via social media, as well and the Supreme Court of the United States, make reprimand and complaint against you personally.
