e-bill for unwanted services
Talked to these guys in September after they tried to charge me for $149 for services that I didn't not order. The customer service agent refunded my money and told me that they would only charge me for my original services (which was an annual fee of $100 to fill out one form for the state of Idaho for a LLC). A week ago, they tried to do it again, except this time, they insist that I have these services, that I do not want or need.
They are refusing to cancel all services, and are still trying to charge me for $149 (every three months). Not only did their customer service lie to me, but apparently they no longer offer the once a year form filing service (which is all I need). I have had their services for longer than 5 years, and now this feels like a scam. I understand covaids has hurt a lot of people, but suddenly charging 400 percent higher prices to fill out one form, is a bait and switch.
