Task Rabbit "Plumber” broke pipe causing major damage. Task rabbit won’t pay! San Francisco California
Don’t do business with them as they will not resolve damages caused by a Tasker’s carelessness. I recently had a Tasker fix a minor plumbing issue (running toilet) and he broke a d**n pipe causing a major leak into my second floor damaging a bathroom, living room and laundry room.
A $200 fix is now a $3000 fix and they want to only cover the broken pipe! No they need to fix the entire damages caused by their Tasker. I have filed complaints with the BBB, California AG and Virginia’s AG. I will go further until I get my home made whole again. This company practices unfair and unethical business practices.
