Tim Hortons Canada Timmie's, Tim's is environmentally unfriendly; it does not let people get coffee in personal mugs. Oakville Ontario
I have a number of issues with your restaurants.
1. Why can't I get a coffee put in my environmentally friendly, reusable mug instead of your company using resources to make single-use cups of which not all parts are compostable? Using the excuse that this is because of "covid issues" or "company policy" doesn't work for me. Starbucks allows customers to get coffee put in their mugs. Why can't your company do so?
2. I cannot collect rewards unless I have an app on a cell phone. I do not have a cell phone and it would defeat the purpose of getting Tim rewards if I have to pay money to buy a cell phone and have to pay monthly fees for it. Your Tim rewards policy *discriminates* against people who do not have cell phones or portable electronic devices for your app.
