Antique clock repair. He said clock needed new pendulum. He would not take credit cards. Clock Was not provided a new pendulum until the 2nd time I picked up clock. Would not refund. Said he would only repair again, but charged an additional $50, when another issue was noted with winding gear. After 2nd return I noted the pendulum was different. Clock worked wonderful, until I wound it. (3 days later). Mann yelled at me accusing me of letting it run down, telling me he had told me how to care for it; which was never done. Charged me a total of $400. Will not take clock back to him. I do not believe he has a business license to practice business in Oregon. I'd like a refund.
after I wound clock, it kept stopped running, had to restart, was always slow. Could not keep correct time.
