Truckerpath ELD Pro TruckerPath ELD I cancelled my subscription. Received confirmation. They still charging my cc for 3 times in a row

I was truckerpath ELD user for a while. I did not like it, I requested cancellation. They processed my cancellation and I received e-mail as well (see below). However i am still charged on credit card every month and they does not respond my e-mails or phone calls to finally stop these charges.
