Trusii International Enrolled me in a "study". Promised to pay me 36 months, only paid 10. Sent a broken machine which never produced the promised hydrogen levels. Now moldy machine. Davie Florida

Trusii enrolled me in a "study", ostensibly to learn the medical effects of their hydrogen water. They promised to pay for my participation nearly the amount of my loan payments, then stopped paying me without notice. They have broken their promise to me.
Pushed me to purchase a 9700 dollar machine when I wanted the less expensive one.
Promised numerous health benefits from hydrogen water which were never realized.
Machine became moldy due to erroneous instructions supplied with machine, which were followed exactly. Hydrogen levels in water not as promised. Broken machine promised service but never called me to set up an appointment.
Now machine filled with mold, filter contaminated with mold, water leaking out bottom of machine, and they want me to pay hundreds to ship it back to them for service, when it was their mistake.
Many empty promises from this company who went back on their word. Company took advantage of many people and did not do their due dillegence in taking care of customers.
