It's pretty simple. They run ads on Instagram and I'm sure FB as well and then they offer you a 60 day "MONEY BACK GUARANTEE" Then if you order more bottles they offer you a 90DAY "MONEY BACK GUARANTEE". So when I went to return the product because it did not meet expectations they tell me I can only get a refund of $38.00 for the one unopened container I had left. I paid $229.00 in total. I have bought a lot of supplements and I've never had this type of experience before.
What you don't know from the Instagram ad which takes you to a very long video is that it just takes you to a shopping cart and does not explain anything about what they mean by "MONEY BACK GUARANTEE". It does not take you to their website where the terms of service are listed. In short, they will only give you a refund for unopened containers, even though it says right on their website(which I did not see until today) that you can return 2 empty containers.
Even after speaking to their call center and being transferred to a so-called supervisor she still refused to be of any help whatsoever and just referred me to their policy on the website which you do not see when you purchase from the Instagram ad.
