Victory Cars Central in Levittown NY listed on their own website 2019 Kia Sorento S ebony black 16,995 special internet price-16,995 derrived from 72mth lease 5.9% 25% downpayment . In seperate part of web site CASH PRICE 16,995. We go test drive car ,make apt for finance guy Gregg and put 500 deposit on car.

Few days later we meet with Gregg, and he tells us we are in luck he can secure us financing for 19%, 72 months with 25% down payment we are looking at a number in the high 400s monthly! I tell him no thank you I will pay cash, 16,995. Gregg totals numbers without ever putting one # down on paper. This was when I realized they were shaddy ! Took my phone and started to record- audio.

Gregg informs us the two 1995.00 DEALER FEES ( never explained what this was) but he would be so kind as to take that 4000.00 and knock it down to 3000 for us. Gregg Rubin then tells us the total we need  a bank check for 26,225. 10,000 over advertised cash price when I inquire as to how he got that number he informs me the price is 16995 AFTER THE 25% down payment. 

Meaning every advertised price on their multiple dealership sites and car buying platforms is the price PLUS 25% (not to mention the had a seperate section that stated CASH PRICE) . Gregg informs us that is just the way it is done now a days- but I can talk to Kevin his manager, he will tell me the same thing. Mind you gregg never went and got the manager I had to track Kevin down and force him to explain this to me.

What Kevin (THE BUSINESS MANAGER) said to me was something I truly was unpreparred for , mind you still recording. He went on to explain he could never sell the car for 16,995.00 he owned it for 21.245.00 - I said why put that # if you had no intentions of selling car for that price? He reponded " TO GET PEOPLE IN THE DOOR, A MILLION OTHER DEALERS DO IT ,I WOULD HAVE NO BUSINESS IF I DIDNT. When I stated so you just lie to consumers and you are fine with that he responded "if a deal seems too good to be true"

They still have my 500.00 and refuse to call me back, refuse to see me when I go into dealership. I posted this on my facebook and was messaged by 17 local people that they had been screwed over so badly by this place.

This dealership is part of a chain that try to appear like local auto dealers I have since  The systemic consumer and banking fraud that is rampant is 100% sanctioned by the general mangement . Something needs to be done, an  undercover invetigation or some government entity needs to step in- the are preying on the consumers. SADDEST PART OF ALL  after telliing them I was going to complain to Attorney General, DMV anyone I could think of , they still have the prices that they do not intend to honor up on multiple websites including their own. 

As if these dealers could sink any lower, I have now been informed that they force their customers to write a review of the dealership before they exit with the jacked up price of a car on the dealers own ipad.
