Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I placed on order for a custom mirror on January 20th. Thinking it would probably take maybe 2-3 weeks for delivery I followed up on January 30th. I was informed that it could take up to 4 months to be delivered. I told them that would be too late as I have sold my house and requested a refund. They told me that there would be a 20% restocking fee if I canceled. I had already checked their return policy before I made my purchase and hadn't noticed anything regarding a restock fee so I asked again. They sent me a screenshot from their .com website showing this 20% restock fee policy. It appears they had not added it to the Canadian site. I brought this to their attention and insisted that they refund my money in full and that there was no reason to charge a cancelation fee. They replied saying that both sites were the same, I checked again and sure enough they had updated it after the fact. I reached out to the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and they informed me that I had - a right to cancel an agreement if the business has not delivered the goods or begun performing the services within 30 days after the specified delivery/commencement date (provided you have not agreed to accept delivery or authorize commencement after that point). If the business did not provide an estimated delivery date upon purchase, you may attempt to cancel the agreement 30 days after the agreement is made if the product has not been delivered. the company had not given me an estimated delivery date when the item was purchased therefor I was entitled to a full refund after 30 days of the purchase date. I informed west mirrors off this and then told them I would wait until the 30 days had passed for my delivery and after that date I would demand my money back in full. 30 days came and went, I messaged them several time with no reply. Finally I got a response saying that there would be a 15% non-negotiable cancelation fee. So they had changed their policy yet again as it was 20% in the first instant. I demanded they send me the 85% immediately and I would be seeking legal acton regarding the balance.
