This guy is a total scam. A typical internet marketer that talks a good game. To be very brief, he runs a "youtube automation" group who's work is well below average. We went in on a turnkey youtube channel. The channel was being sold for 30k so I put in 15k. From the jump, William was totally sketchy about the money as he said he had another investor putting up the other half of the cash.

I was eager to meet the other investor so that we could connect and get on the same page as far as goals with this newly acquired asset. William never got me in touch with the guy and always dodged my questions when I asked.

He never paid me money from the Youtube channel until days/weeks later which forced me to pay out of my own pocket for the content creation when it was understood we would use the revenue from the channel to breakeven until we got the channel back to being profitable. William always had an excuse for everything from moving 2-3 times to different states in a span of 8 months to people dying and himself having Covid.

I am not unsympathetic to the struggles of real life but we also have a business ( or so I thought) to run and with the use of technology, it literally takes a few minutes to get your stuff done.

I knew something was awry when William would not answer my messages regarding this asset but I would see him pitching his service/product on social media. What a scam.

The other investor and I finally got in touch with each other and it turns out William has been a complete lie from Day 1. He has now blocked us both and has run off with approx 40K from us both. I would highly recommend everyone to stay away with anything having to do with this guy.

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

I met Chris on Twitter and he decided to pay my company to build two automated YouTube channels for him for $20,000. He currently still has those channels and I even consulted with him on the channels on how to go about growing them. He states the work is mediocre yet one of his videos has over 200,000 views and the channel is monetized with over 1000 subscribers I told him to pause his other channel and I gave him the option to invest into a channel that was already cash flowing called Goalside. The channel was $30,000 and I had another investor putting up the capital, so I brought Chris in on the deal so that I could use his capital to buy another channel. I have contracts that everyone signed and Chris was well aware of the financials for the channel and what the plan was. Since the investor put up the capital he had 60% equity and I had 40%. I even gave Chris my equity until his $15,000 was paid back. I always give revenue to the investors until their capital is returned. Anyone that’s partnered with me can attest to this. Once the channel was purchased there were things that took place that were out of our control. Revenue dipped and sponsorship deals came to an end. I paid the investor out of my own pocket for the first two months and Chris was paying the content creators out of his own pocket. Which I told him wasn’t a good idea because he was using his credit card when he could just pay the team at the end of the month when the revenue was paid. I did lose communication for a while because I had covid over 8x and was dealing with a death in the family. I blocked Chris because he would continuously harass me on my personal cell number. I still made payments to him from the channel we owned together which was Courtside. He paid $5000 for 50% equity in that channel and I made multiple payouts to him The reason I didn’t create an email thread with Chris and the investors is because they weren’t interested in talking with Chris I’m the one that put the deal together and brought Chris in as a favor to him because we already did good business together and I liked how he conducted himself. I have a coaching program where I teach 2 days per week and give my time to people that want to learn this business model. Chris has access to the coaching portal and had access to me until I blocked him. This situation became so stressful I gave the channel to the investors and removed myself. So for Chris to say I ran off with $40,000 from the investor and himself is a total lie and I have proof. The investors paid $30,000 for the channel which they still have access too it’s called Goalside. I sold Courtside the channel that me and Chris had 50% equity in for $3000 and I will be sending him a check for his half.
