I purchased items from them and was first charged for items not received. I was on the phone twice for over a hour and emailing. They kept repeating themselves as they have no communication skills. They were telling me I cancelled all items which was not true. They cancelled some as for not in stock. I was initilly charged over
$300.00 I today tried to go on chat with them to avoid communications of them not understanding English. I was asked what my problem was. I typed I received the wrong item. The response was :you forgot your password make new one.
I received a bra that fit on my head instead of the shirt I ordered. I was told to go to Fed Express to return it. I didnt feel the need to do this as I dont drive and it was their error. I was told a return shipment lable would be in my email box. I got a email saying the shirt I ordered was going to be returned. Instead of sending again, she tried to put me through the whole thing again. She kept overtalking me not giving me a chance to explain. I sent 2 other shirts back on the 4th and they have no record of receiving it. I will never deal with them again.
When I orginally called the automatic message asked to push number 2 which I did. It kept saying it doesnt understand answer. Very Verry disappointed! Now since it was their error they will not send me what I ordered until they receive the bra. Not my problem. I will never ever order from them again. I have no quams of someone who is of a different language but don't they have talking skills to be a great agent.
