Claim against - Amazon.com, Tel (866) 216-1074, Address - 1200 12th Ave S Ste 1200, Seattle, WA 98144-2734.

Buyers: Shannon Kay Soltero, 15204 SE 300th Street, Kent WA, 98042

Amazon Holding Funds of $84.14 and tell me, The buyer does not have to return product. The buyer has the product and did not pay for it with Amazon help.

On Feb 25 2012, the buyer (Shannon Kay Soltero) purchase Windows XP she orders two-day shipping, the package was delivery on Feb 27.

April 4, After 38 days, the buyer says: I am not comfortable using software with hand-written codes. I told her to look on the booklet that sometimes we do write codes on the CD envelope cover. < I did not say, I wrote or sold hand-written codes on the booklet.

I was more worried about this feedback the buyer posts on My Amazon Store I did not want people to think I sold illegal software: Very unhappy with purchase. Product code is hand-written. There is no true proof of authenticity. Contacted seller, but blew me off saying that the book had the code, which is not true. Beware of any software purchases. I wasted a lot of money on this product and cannot use it with lack of real product code." Shannon S., April 8, 2012.

I told Amazon I do not sell illegal software to take this feedback down. It is impossible to install Windows software without the original codes. You cannot just use any codes. If she said, I copied the CD, I would be worried. Call any computer shop and ask. You can buy downloaded software online and you will get your software code thru email.

Amazon email; Reason to refund to buyer this does not make sense: Per our Policies for listin
Amazon Marketplace items, sellers must accurately describe the product's condition. It is not sufficient to list differences from the stated condition in the comments. In this case, this item was listed as Good - This CD came with a computer that no longer works, Version 2002 includes Service pack 2. has some scratches on it, Works good, no book or box. As we state in our condition guidelines, this condition means: "Note: Do not assign "Used" or "Refurbished" to computer software and games. Use only "New" and "Open Box."

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I listed my software in good condition - with their guideline.  Amazon does not have any box to check foe open box. I asked customer services what does this means only new or open box. I told them; this software was in very good condition, I always downgraded my items. I do check all items before I ship them out. The CD did have a few scratches; there were no writing on the CD cover envelope or the booklet. I shipped the original packaging with the cardboard, the booklet with instruction, CD with the envelope cover, software codes and UPC was visible. I told them this software came with a computer I purchased from a local computer shop, which builds computers. This was not a brand name computer with a recover CD. This computer came with the full version of Windows XP. I only used this software a few times to update Windows; there was no box or book with this software.

I asked, what happen to the 30 days policy and common sense. If you orders 2 Day shipping, you are going to use your item when you get it. Why wait 38 Days to say it is defective. Who would believe these lies - hand-written codes.

April 15, Amazon tells me they were going to grant the buyer a refund. I email the buyer and told her to ship my product back. (She never has ship back)

After I email and called customer service again, they closed my seller Account down. I did not have time to print out any records, contact the buyer any more, nor could I email Amazon seller customer service about getting my funds.

Amazon said, they granted the buyer a full refund and told me the buyer did not have to ship the product back. We understand that you may not agree with this decision, but we will not be able to assist you further with this claim and there will be no further response to your e-mail messages regarding this transaction.

Amazon is holding funds of $64.15; they closed my account - April15. I think they should refund my balance of $20.00. I paid a monthly fee of $39.99 - April 1 to May 1. I have also asked Amazon many times to take down the feedback and my front store off their website, with all these lies, they have refused also.

Amazon has over 5,000 complaints online on just a few sites. BBB.org, RipoffReports.com and Pissedconsumer.com.

Amazon is practically in this online theft with the buyer. The buyer has the software and did not have to pay for it. Now this is illegal. Amazon could care let for I said.

I have waited 30 days for Amazon to take thes lies off their websites and for the buyer to return the software.
