I made a purchase online with 11Street.my on February 6, 2017 but received defective product which I returned following all the processes an dgetting RMA after spending weeks of calling and emailing. I was promised on March 18, 2017 in written via email that a full refund will be processed within 14 days but have not received the refund yet as of May 10, 2017.

Several emails sent but no response. Several Phone calls made and asked for ESCALATION. I was promsied that some one will get back to me but no luck.
Is it BAD BAD customer support or SCAM? Whatever it is be very careful especially with expensive items.
Very frustrated and disappointed.
