123 college.com As a recent Employee, I was shocked and amazed at what they claim they can do Deerfield Beach, Florida
As a recent employee , this company does very little if nothing at all for the Families that need financial aid. At a cost of $1,495, per Family. to help getting free money to help pay for their child's college. With a "software" program that does NOT exist, rather a data input person that manually inputs information to the FAFSA Forms. ( Free Application For Student Aid) from the Dept. of Education. These targeted Families are in the $70,000 - $250,000 yearly household income. They claim to be able to get grants, endowments and scholarships funds from the DOE and the Colleges or Universities.
When asking the principals of 123College how and where do these funds come from and what do "we" do to help get them, nobody had a clear answer. After a few months working there I had to resign because I was asking too many questions which they seemed to feel was a negative attitude.
