I have been a customer of 123 inkjets for about a year now. Ive used them while working for multiple companies.
Im posting this because I have had it UP TO HERE with the number of idiotic TWITS who post complaints online and call companies "rip offs" "scams" and say "stay away" and "worst company". I can no longer see these MORONIC posts from
people who are too stupid to be a consumer in all honesty.
First, I have ordered HUNDREDS of times from this company. I have ALWAYS received my order within a day or 2, and have
never had a single problem with any item. You cannot actually expect any company to be PERFECT, and NEVER have things
on back order, and ALWAYS get their products to you in a day or a few.
Second, are you an adult? Are you new to Earth? PROCESSING REFUNDS TAKES TIME. Always. Expect to wait quite a long time for a refund from any company. Thats just how it is, it has nothing to do with this company in particular. Also, how
do you expect to pay such low prices for toner if they spend millions a year to process your super special refund in a week?
Come on. Use your head.
Third, there is NOTHING unusual about a company requiring an RMA or "return authorization" in order to process a refund to a customer. This is an extremely common practice. Companies have to do things in this way to protect themselves from loss, and to do their best with quality control to prevent it from happening in the future. Every company I can think of except Walmart requires permission to return something for a refund.
Lastly...guy, everyone has to go through this kind of thing. If you have the paperwork they are claiming you dont have, and you are still sitting there on ur butt as they continue to say they cant do anything without the paperwork, then that is ON YOU. If you are too lazy/stupid to know how to communicate with a company, maybe you shouldnt be making purchases online.
123 INKJETS has been amazing for OUR company. We always get our order faster than from any other source, we get the correct items, and they work great. They are "compatible" high yield cartridges, and they work beautifully with our 30+ printers here in the office.

I've neaver had a problem with them, always get my orders on time. Sounds like you got the run around however, as soon as they starting jerking your chain you should have disputed the charge with your credit card company.

I am happy to report 123INKJETS made a full refund today, 1-day after posting. Cole the Sales Representative was quite helpful resolving this matter. His last email to me follows: "...Let me explain on behalf of the company, as poorly as this order seemed to have worked out for you, we never intended anything to be a lie. I understand if we made mistakes, enough so to frustrate you (in fact, I'd be twice as frustrated if I were in the situation) but we never meant to cause you any inconvenience. I'll look more in depth today, sir. In regards to why it says we've received back your products and yet you say they haven't left that post office. I can't guarantee you'll get your refund today, but I'll definitely clear up the clouds on this situation. It may take me a bit of time, often the Finance Department is hard to get a hold of (They're at a separate location), but I'll let you know what I find out as soon as I well, find it out.
