CC was not refunded before the post, but AFTER they were served notice they were goin to be sued. That's what it took to get the to correct the situaiton. Notice they don't bother to respond to the other comments, and they play semantics...oh, it's not a "free", it's "no obligation".....okay.

In response to report #312675 Collaboration Online, Limited Company would like to clarify a few points which were mentioned. * After reviewing this customer's history it was determined that the customer's credit card was credited the full amount on February 26, 2008 (one day before posting of the complaint). * The legal name of the company is Collaboration Online, Limited Company. The company does business under two brands, 123Together.com and groupSPARK, to better serve its diverse customer base. * We do not offer customers a free trial. We offer a no obligation trial. To clarify, a customer may try our services for 30 days. They are under no obligation to purchase and may cancel during that time. If they cancel during the first 30 days they are not charged. If they decide to continue the service beyond the 30 day trial period, their credit card is charged for the full amount of time in which they have used the service.
