The company mentioned has a policy that customer must pay a minimun of $10.00 a month to keep telephone open.

on Janurary 3, 2006 I made a $25.00 payment and told the agent that I was paying one month in advance because I was going to be out of the country. The agent's reply was ok, no problem.

When I returned home on Feburary 5th I began to use my cell phone and I got a response from the company that my line had been suppended for lack of payment

To make a long story short I made several contacts with there customer service and explain to then about my advance payment. In one of my contacts the agent is reviewing my account and notices that my account is being charged two hours ahead of our conversation plus they have charges on my account during the time my cell phone is suspended?

I have brought this to their attention and there response is nothing can be done about it. My advance payment will not be returned to my account and they will not explain why they are billing my account for false charges.

Feburary 13 2006 was my last conversation and I told them they were wrong and I wanted their physical address and a copy for the accounting on my account to submit with my grievence they informed me they could not do that.
