18004aphone ripoff Houston Texas
I sent them 60.00 from a check cashing place. Company informed me I would have a phone in 3 days. On the 4 days from a payphone with 2 kids, I spoke with Willy. He told me they had the wrong apartment number. I would have a phone in 3 days.
I told him this was a huge inconvenience and I would like a free month. Willy said sorry I will have a credit. Then 3 days later I spoke with a lady, she said they have the wrong city it would be on in 3 days.
I told her no!!! I won't a refund NOW!! She said 3 weeks.
I still have no refund check and need that 60.00. Don't let it happen to you this needs to be STOP.
